Hi Silvia and all,

I have been waiting for this cue all along .

Does anybody else out there among the newbies of Et feel they are not ready
for Et yet and still must release so much "unresolved " issues first
with Eft ? Well this is my thinking with good reason.I would locate the
stuck feeling ,pain in the body and whatever I try to loosen and soften it
will not move and find its way out.I have tried all the other piercing the
armor etc. but still feel stuck.Now obviously I do need physical assistance
but Iam living oceans away and if I get a chance ,believe me,I would fly to
the Et course,but I cannot and I have to use all the other tools I know.

To me and I think most of us Eft has been a God send..going through the
traditional way of Releasing Traumatic memories through the traditional
"inner child therapies" is too tiring and needs a lot of courage and one
has to pass though a lot of grief to let the Inner child release all the
trauma .With Eft you skip so much to come to the core shame believes. I
daily make gratitude for Eft ,it has been a God send for most of us.
My main question is for those of us who had a traumatic childhood and
still unresolved issues would it be advisable first to release most of the
issues with traditional Eft and then Et would be more easy to flow through
after?
