Hi all,

I've just come back from recording the second HypnoDream album, a
six hour high concentration stint in evoking and
channeling/directing massive amounts of energy.

In the middle of it I had an emotional crisis - I couldn't deliver
some of the words of one of the tracks, Morning Light, without
seriously bursting out into tears each time afresh.

So what did the esteemed creator of EmoTrance do?

Well, EFT of course!

Damn that is a good and useful protocol for a moment of crisis!
LOL.

I did about - hm, maximum four or five minutes worth of tapping
selected points, intuitively. Then I went back and it was
completely different, a real state shift, beautiful. And easy.

The energies which were previously causing the pain (and
corresponding emotions of sadness) were after the EFT treatment
easily handled on the spot when they arose with ET, whilst I was
speaking and with the aid of a couple of simple hand gestures,
right into the correct energised end state.

I just thought I'd like to mention this publicly and if anyone
here is into EmoTrance but HASN'T done much EFT, please know I
really do consider it both a primer and a perfect partner for
other types of energy work, as well as the best crisis aid on the
block by far.

So a big "hurrah!" for EFT and a golden arc of light to Gary with
my sincere thanks :-)

Silvia
