   Hi Silvia and all,

About 6 years ago I 'did' some of the Tensegrity exercises a few
times. I did this with the intention that it might help me to tune into the
energy of other people and beings. I've searched for my notes about these
experiments, but can't find them. What I can find, however, is an email I
sent to a teacher of mine at the time, and this is part of what I wrote
about my experience:

"I thought these [ie the exercises] might be useful to broaden my
awareness, and help me and my Higher Self tune into the Higher Selves of
other people and other beings. I have done the first of his three
tensegrity videos/sets of exercises just a couple of times, but this
evening, when I did a higher self connection and meditation, it had a
distinctly atavistic feel to it: I could see very tall animal forms, and
lizard-like forms, and I thought initially they were like power animals in
the shamanic tradition, but I'm not sure that's quite right - somehow they
were too individual (I hope that makes sense), and the meditation had a
quality as if it was very far from 'now'. It was a little disturbing, "
and there was a little more.

Essentially, it seemed to me that the exercises tuned me into a kind of
reptilian, dinosaur part of me, and it seemed as though I was ** really
** at a point in time a couple of million years ago. I didn't continue
because I felt it might be pulling me backwards in some way, unravelling
me, regressing me.

Is anyone else doing these exercises, (rather than discussing whether
or not they are being promoted by a fraudster)?

I'm not saying that there's anything particularly important about my
experience; it probably says more about me than about the exercises, and I
may have completely misunderstood the significance of it. Until Silvia's
email I had just kind of tucked it away and forgotten about it. I'm just
offering data and inviting feedback.

regards,

Marcus
