I have not yet come to actually doing the exercises. Started by looking at
the site, and then went to amazon.com to find several customer reviews of
the book, which seems to be Castaneda's last work. . Two examples, with
greetings from Nils:

***** these exercises are legitimate, August 18, 2001
Reviewer: A reader from The Colorado Mountains
When I read these reviews, I was looking for people that had actually tried
the exercises and what the results were for them personally. Unfortunately,
it does not appear that anyone writing the reviews actually did the
exercises on a long-term basis. I tried two series, the dreaming series and
the inner silence series. The first night after trying the dreaming series,
my dreams were very powerful and tumultuous all night long. After doing the
inner silence series for several days, I noticed the nature of my thoughts
changing. Since both of these results were somewhat disturbing to me, I
terminated the exercises, with the intention of trying them again at a later
time. I would be interested in hearing from anyone that has continued to do
the exercises and what the results have been.

* The Most OBVIOUS Fraud Castaneda Ever Did, October 25, 2002
Reviewer: JohnBishopJr (see more about me) from Chicago
It's amusing to see that the other reviewers did not recognize that "magical
passes" are actually an obvious (and quite cheesy) ripoff of TAI CHI.
Castaneda actually had to pay a huge settlement to the Tai Chi master he
stole his ideas from.
Even more telling about Castaneda's followers is their utter ignorance of
the history of Native peoples of Mexico. There is nothing even remotely
similar to "magical passes) among Mexico's Indians, and never has been.
Thinking there is only reveals the depth of their wishful thinking, how
desperate they are to give up on rational thought and follow blindly a man
who was debunked over thirty years ago.
Castaneda by this point in his life had long since quit pretending he had
ever been truthful. In fact since the late 1970s he openly admitting to
being a fraud and a liar. He laughed at his own followers and took perverse
pleasure in exploiting them and seeing just how much nonsense they would
swallow. This books was just the last sad chapter in a lifetime of hustling
posing as spirituality seeking.

For the ladies, I recommend to check out the "womb" systems.
I am NOT recommending this system, I want you to have a look at it,
try one or two things and report back with your thoughts and findings. SF>
