I have been front to backing the negative, worry, loops for approx 1 week now. I find that it does work as a pattern interrupt but the really intense stuff again rears its ugly head and repeatedly needs the old heave ho.
For the last 2 days, I have added in the back to front with the positives. How wonderfull!
This seems to completely break the negative loops ( when I throw the negatives and then bring the situation positives from the back to my heart) Sometimes requires 2-3 sets to calm the storm completely. Then it seems to be smooth sailing.
Today, have been working with installing positive visuals, statements, desired future situations, outcomes, etc.
While working with neg/pos sets and positive installations, I feel a distinct and pleasurable energy shift when I bring those positives to my heart. A high energy and -- could it be joyous--? day for me today. Not my usual M.O.
Thanks for this.
