next practitioner training in the US?

Hello all!

I've been having such a great time with ET and the Oceans Manual I'm
really excited to get some formal practitioner training (other than
the manual) My first seeion with Tres was GREAT! Since I'll finally
be able to fly again in a few more months, I'm plotting attending the
Brighton conference after Hockenheim. But I'm wondering if anyone here
knows of an upcoming training in the US? Or, would one of the US
trainers be willing to so a private class for me and 2, or possibly 4
others?

Also, does anyone know how to get these videos Phua talked about from
Doc Latourette's list? :-)
