I think (:-) that these things I noticed and worked out are simply
there and have been noticed and worked out many times before.

But times change, and in the mainly thought-mind controlled
societies metaphors change, explanations change, and someone
reading the I Ching today would have for all their trying a very
hard time really getting their head around what the guy who wrote
it actually meant by "giving your guests a fish each".

LOL.

It's a shame really in a way that this is so, because if it
wasn't, then some guy could have explained it just the once and
all the rest of us thru the ages would have understood it in
crystal clarity from thereon in.

Remind me to develop a new form of language before I die :-)

It's an honour to have you with us!

But less of the "promise of instant enlightenment".

I didn't ever say that.

In fact it would make a whole lot more sense to me to think of
enlightenment as an ongoing, natural, STRUCTURAL, DEVELOPMENTAL
process in action rather than a one time "and they lived happily
ever after" lightning strike event.

I believe it is possible that it is viewed in that way because
when someone has a change of heart, it is so grandiose or
catastrophic that it tips the previous states of being upside
down - crash!

And I further believe that this isn't necessary at all and only
happens that way because of the rigidity of the existing
structures (linear, non-developing, non-giving, HARD) in that "the
towers are falling" kind of way.

Let's talk about flowing with enlightenment rather than trying to
achieve it or have it be some kind of rock hard goal post (that's
sooo thought-mind :-)
