One thing I tried was to pick a meridian that seemed to run
through the area of blockage (using a chart such as the one
Silvia has on the.AMT.com), then gently massage one of the endpoints
of that meridian while I encourage the "soften and flow" process.

I know that the energy pathways may not exactly correspond to the
meridians, but it seemed to work OK on blocks that "stuck".
