Very good advice.
I'd add two things, one is to really track the path with the
hands. This shows just where things get stuck and the hands help
soften things, repair things, and also keep concentration on
*that* place rather than the intention/attention following the
energy *back* to where it came from as can very easily happen.
The second thing is to wonder, that big metaphorical wall, where
would that be? Point to it/show me with your hands.
And to treat it as a shield.
