Brian, I am in full agreement with that. In my mind, it goes
energy body -> neurology -> physiology

The thoughts we have are the thoughts of a particular "state" -
when you're in happy frequency, you think happy things and the
dying of the myriads is just not there. Conversely, when you're in
depressed frequency, there is just nothing, but nothing to be
found to cheer you up, no matter how much you look around that
particular mindscape.

I sometimes think of states as metaphorical rooms or landscapes we
teleport into (or escalate into, far more likely! remember the
elephant, Silvia!)

Some of these rooms or habitats :-) have certain things in them,
and other have others. When you're in the one with the magic lamps
and soft cushions, that's where you are and when you in one of the
dank dark dungeons, the same.

When you take state reactive drugs like LSD or amphetamines or
shamanic drugs, you get to go into rooms you've never been in
before.

Seems quite simple to me that the energy system sets the state and
the mind does the kind of thinking in response to that particular
habitat.

EmoTrance really seems to bear that idea out.

Seems to me also that we need to develop the parts of us that
*live in no habitat at all* but are meta to the whole state deal
as a matter of high priority. Even Flow in the energy system makes
for a clear channel to that self which is immutable through all
the rooms, habitats and state changes - a higher self if you will
that is already here and always on line.
