Sheilds - A New-found Freedom in the Process.

Enjoyed this digest. Lovely quote, Silvia. Maarten and Sandra make 2 very pertinent points. The sheild belongs to the person who is feeling the sheild...irrespective of the circs. ...therefore when the person is ready andmotivated to do the work, it is his/her job to see what can be done about it...and that is the whole point... to do something about it! So I agree with Maarten in his statement

I've been working on a shield with someone significant in my life....for God knows how long..months and months...bless Sandra Hillawi, my delightful ET therapist, for all her patience...I used ET at first, and I followed up with many other EP modalities....and it finally came to a clearing this week.... not just with ET... it took a lot of work using all modalities...

...and the conversations around sheilds on this weblist are what sparked off and aided that sheilds work...so bless this weblist too!

But when I finally spoke to this person whom I had been avoiding on the phone (all the while tapping a bit in the process, to stave off any reactions that I might be feeling, which were minimal... ) I realised that he was who he was...and it did not affect me so much anymore...there was just an acceptance of this person as he was...it was beautiful...just beautiful. And I found a new-found freedom in the process.

This week completes that process, I am truly enthralled to say... it has been quite a process, but well worth it!!! Well worth it indeed!
