For some time now, I have pondered the similarities between Energy
Therapy methods, Eugene Gendlin's "focussing" and energy
interpretations of classical (Hahnemannian) Homeopathy.

Homeopathy (not to be confused with herbalism) honours the differences
between people in the diagnostic process in seeking the totality of the
remedy picture.

Therefore, I agree with what you say here:

Now, rather than "fight" symptoms (the allopathic method of poison,
cut, slash and burn), homeopaths use the remedy to "nudge" the person's
"Vital Force" energy system back to its normal homeostasis.

Just as it is hard to find the location of a meridian that is EXACTLY
correct for the individual, the same is true for selecting the
homeopathic remedy "simillimum" ....... but all you need is the
"close-enough-icum"!

So, with the "close-enough-icum" in mind, I have found that I can help facilitate
and accelerate the INITIAL EmoTrance blockage-clearing process by
tapping on the end-point of the meridian that ROUGHLY corresponds to the
body location of the blockage. I think that there is power in the
"ritual" too........... it helps the client focus on the "intent" of the
"soften and flow" repetition, and of the (ghost) hand location changes.

Amen!

I sometimes think that the only common thread of the hundreds of
ET methods out there is the process "ritual" that focusses INTENT
to heal the client. We are all struggling to find the common thread of
all this......... and Silvia has indeed made a huge contribution.
