Hi!
One reason that you find Ghost hands more helpful might be that you hit the energetic block in the "aura" and by releasing this
the "physical" block dissolves simultaneously. The more energy you can get to your hand the better effect. However I have found
that directly contact from the hand with block inside the body is also very effective, but this requires good sensing/palpation skill.
