Feel that numb feeling in your heart area. It's just another form of
energy,
Soften and flow.
Also, if you know EFT, Even though my girlfriend cheated on me, I deeply
and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I feel numb I can still completely love and accept myself.
Even though I was so hurt, that I put a scab ( or whatever) over all of my
feelings, so I wouldn't have to feel the immense hurt, I completely love
and accept myself.

Also, there had to be an earlier similar feeling. Something earlier in his
life. His mother left his father, his father died, his brother went to
jail, they took his horse away,he was molested, something. You need to
drain the feelings from that event or those events, too.
