EmoTrance can certainly be used for fetishes which are often created from a "Guiding Star" moment of unprocessed energy surrounding a situation that may have been very pleasant or painful.  You can read further on Guiding stars in Dr. Hartmann's book Events Psychology.

Hi!

I am new to this. I noticed in the Emotrance book that the procedure may be used on fetishes. Any comments? Has anyone used it for that purpose successfully and , if so, how ?
