Hi Rhonda,
I'm in New Jersey. I am an Advanced Practitioner and Trainer. You do need
to be a trainer for EmoTrance Practitioner Certification of others but
anyone can learn to do EmoTrance and guide others through the process. It
has been designed to be simple yet effective.
The work that you do is so needed. I am not sure if I answered your
question, are you also asking if there is a protocol for suicide prevention
with EmoTrance?
