I am fortunate that my own chocolate cravings are more moderate than
your client's were.

Usually I can have 2 pieces of 72% dark chocolate (reduces sugar @72%)
that are about 1" x 1/2" and so are pretty small. There are only a
couple of bites each piece.

Sometimes that 3rd piece calls to me; most of the time it doesn't get
answered.

Maybe someone skilled on this list will volunteer to help you curb your
own chocoholic tendencies!!
