At the last EmoTrance conference it was discussed and decided by the trainers and practitioners that we all need to go out and share this wondrous life-changing energy technique with the world. The absolute joy of EmoTrance should no longer be a secret shared by a few, but be the happiness shared by the world.

So with big ambitions we thought it to be of paramount importance when planning this years conference that the marketing and promotion be opened up for everyone to help in whatever ways they can to bring new people to the energy event of the year.

It doesn't matter if you are a practitioner or a trainer, or just read Oceans of Energy and it changed your life! If you know people then you can help.

In these financially unstable times, we know that even though you love EmoTrance – you might find it hard to give up your time to pick up the phone and start contacting your address book, blogging or sending out emails.

That's why we have spent time developing a state of the art 20% affiliate program so you'll earn a percentage of the ticket price for each day a person books on. This includes the 1 day Fast-Track Practitioner Training and the Trainers Training as well as the conference itself.

What makes the system extra clever is that when someone clicks your affiliate link, our system remembers them for up to 10 days. This means if they don't register straight away but then comes back and buys their tickets in time then you should still get your fee.

Further more, if 5 people register for the conference through you then you'll get a free ticket for yourself or to pass on to someone else.

** An Example **

Mr L. Tremain reads your newsletter and clicks on the `Conference Registration' link to register and pay. Mr Tremain decides he is going to become an EmoTrance Trainer and attend all four days training.

The price would be £247.00 + £247.00 + £497.00 = £991.00 but because he is registering in December he gets a 40% discount on the total which bring the price he pays down to: £594.60 - a massive saving of £396.40!

After VAT tax (15% in December 2009), Mr Tremain has paid £517.04. You as the affiliate would earn 20% of this which comes to: *£103.41*.
Mr Tremain has an excellent time, learns new techniques, meets new people and is so happy that you've got a friend for life!

** Making Links **

When sending people to the conference website, you need to put your affiliate code in the hyperlink so our system can make sure you get your 20% fee. You can link to any page on the conference website. Here are a few examples:

Ideas:

+ Link to the conference from your website or blog
+ Send out a notification to your mailing list or including the conference in your newsletter
+ Add the conference to your websites events listing
+ Mention the conference on Social Networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter
+ Discuss the conference in forums and groups
+ Write a report for your site, blog or social network on how much you enjoyed the last conference

** RSS Feeds **

You can also add your affiliate code to the Conference News RSS Feed so you can keep people up-to-date on your blogs (wordpress, blogger, etc) or dynamic websites:

This makes it easy for your website to display the latest news and information about the conference and will never go out of date.
