Do you know any method (book, tutorial) which help to identifying real/root
emotional states?
For example when one feel depressed it can be about some fear. And if one
remove that fear, depression gone away.
For procrastinate, it can be fear of success, or fear of failure, etc.
Remove that fear and procrastination gone away.
