Hi Sylvia,

The HeartMath FreezeFramer measures heart rate variability, which is
often used as a indicator of stress management. The more smooth the
transition between the acceleration and deceleration of the heart as
you breathe in and out, the better the body is able to handle
stress. Or so the theory goes. The technique that HeartMath
teaches has to do with placing the hands on the chest and evoking
memories or thoughts of joy, love or appreciation, in order to bring
the HR variability into what they call "coherence". It would indeed
be interesting to get a read out of an ET session with someone
hooked up to the FreezeFramer---before/during/after.

Has anybody played with this?

Liz
