Two Ways of Protecting Youreslf

I have been under psychic attack 3 times.Once i used my energy to send back some of the hate negativity.Cost effort and didn;t work v. well.
On the second, I created a mirror surface all round me and reflected back the EXACT negates arriving.Must be dine in purity - nothing of your dded and nothing not reflected.ac
Extremely discouraging to the sender, Noone has ever tried it twice!

A teacher suggested that I should have sent Unconditional Love instead.That worked too nd left me with good feeling.
