Newbie here

Hello all,

I've just read Oceans of Energy and I'm really excited about
EmoTrance - it nearly sounds too good to be true!

Can I make it work without going on a training? Is there something I
should know so I don't do it wrong? I have bought books before and
not used them right, don't want to miss out on this and get it right.
