Hi all
Here' s ashort description of one of those sessions where all went just right. And it is followed by a question.
The client (with a *lot* of therapy experience, which is probably one reason it all went so smoothly), described the tension in his jaw.
As he cupped his jaw, he got a strong sense of a gaping emptiness in fromnt of him, which he later described as a black hole.
The black hole was terrifying, so we created a shield first, and then a little opening.
And vaguely his parents appeared, behind the screen
Letting *some* of the energy of this black hole in, felt ok. But it didn't flow through to his arms. Ghost hands took care of that.
He remembered his feeling abandoned in his room.
The shield became smaller, energy could also come in from the sides, and through again and out through his arms and hands.
His arms felt heavy, "gelassen" (how do you say that in English? Resigned is not quite it)
The black hole became a starfilled night. And as he opened his arms, a genuine epiphany emerged.
He felt both connected and unburdened.
It became clear that, in order to avoid his utter loneliness, he put himself "between his parents" and took the burden that went with this.
And that now he could be with the star filled night, he didn't need to burden himself, nor his parents, nor his grandmother.
He ended up on his knees in awe, and in a prayer of release.
Releasing himself, his parents and his grandmother from burden.
I hardly did a thing; and in a way neither did he. It just came.
--- Now here's the question: what if the black hole wouldn't have radiated energy to the client, but instead would have "sucked" the client towards it, or rather his energy? How to ET that? Here the energy is already "flowing out". Too much so, in fact. In other words, what if the black hole had done what black holes are designed to do? I felt lucky that this particular black hole was "reversed"! Maarten [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]Received on Fri 22 Nov 2002 - 12:33:20 GMT
