Hi Val,

I don't use any tapping anymore.  I started studying acupuncture and later I was introduced to  Craig's and Tappas' explanations of why tapping or holding acupuncture points relieves psychological discomforts. This did not make any sense. Acupuncture does not work that way, not even close.

Though EFT, TAT and others are very effective and a Godsend to mankind, I find that BSFF to be most effective. Every BSFF practitioner I know have all started out with EFT, EMDR or TAT and we all conclude BSFF is best for most applications.

I have not used EFT in years, I have found that WHEE is much faster and just as good. But best of all BSFF is unbelievably fast and much more thorough than any of them, including TAT. The ET principle has been discovered independently by Dr. Larry Nims which he incorporates naturally with the BSFF protocol.
