WHEE is amazing, but I find that I have to label the feeling accurately for it to be effective, and then it dissolves unpleasant feelings in seconds. However, I find that for other uses, EFT is better, like for finding out how one feels about something (just tap on all the points repeating a word), or for goal setting, (Even though I don't believe I can manage etc). Each has it's place. However, I'd like to find out what you mean about BSFF. In which way is it amazing? Can you give a short summary of how to do it? How does he include the ET principle?

  I have not used EFT in years, I have found that WHEE is much faster and just as good. But best of all BSFF is unbelievably fast and much more thorough than any of them, including TAT. The ET principle has been discovered independently by Dr. Larry Nims which he incorporates naturally with the BSFF protocol.
