Subject: [ET2] The problem healed... then came back

Good evening et2 friends

I'm happy to have had the opportunity to share afew
tips in the last few posts. Thanks to all who have asked
questions, as the threads are helping a number of people out there.

I had another question put to me offlist that I wanted to
share onlist as it was also an important point and the
responses I made were helpful to the person asking
in relation to chronic anxiety, which released but then returned.

Again, I hope this gives afew more pointers.

Soft gentle indigo night waves as I sign off ......

Sandra ;-)

Question :
>> So... I made the energy flow thru my body and out sometimes... I could do

Response :

Question:

Question:

Response :

Question:
>>
>> I tried to just think about the energy soften and flow but not

>> desappear but very soon it's back!

Response :

> I think I have answered this above.

And the questioners response to my email :

Sandra, I will try that phrase right before to try to move the energy...
I never thought that way... I have a lot of different situations that
trigger my anxiety... a lot of... but, a curious thing is that when I
was feeling great in that few days that I said, nothing of those
situations triggered anything... but... as you said.. old memories and
situations that I didn't experienced in that few days brought the whole
thing back...

Thinking about it now I can say that was not the whole thing that is
back... I can see some differences that even now, with the anxiety back,
remain.... so... some good things stayed with me... but... there are a
lot of work to do! I just need to make the process work again... with
calm and ease... and when I do that... more delightful things will come!

THANK YOU FOR THE REPLY, FOR YOUR TIME, FOR YOUR CARE AND FOR ALL THAT
YOU PASSED THRU YOUR WORDS!
