Sandra,
Thankyou for explaining things so well, I can feel your heart in
your posts. It's as if your replying to my questions even though I
haven't asked you any, LOL. I already bought your book. Thankyou,
please keep posting on this board.

soft enough, it starts to travel and release of its own accord.
However, having the expectation that it will start to move as it
softens is like us 'holding the thought', or having the intention
that it will move and travel somewhere, so maybe this also helps.

happens' with the thought that it will flow when its soft enough than
a directing of the energy when it first starts to soften and flow.
Sometimes the energy becomes so light it justs radiates
or 'vapourises off' and there is no sense of flow through the body at
all.

So I would ask the client to scan around the area where the energy is
and see if there's anything containing the energy or blocking its
flow. If there is, we pay attention, think of this barrier softening
and when its softened and released the original energy starts to flow
on its own.

erea, breathing into it, moving the body also can help facilitate the
flow. People do hold the breath when they concentate, so reminding
them about this helps alot.

additional energy, our natural energy that we are radiating, to the
area to help it to soften. When we focus our intention for a certain
outcome at a certain place, I have observed that the power of the
enegy flow from the hands increases substantially increasing the
additional energy we are bringing to the effected area. So this
effectively accelerates the softening of the energy.

they place the hands directly in contact with the body (like me). For
others there's an immediate ease and release bringing the hands. So
its also good to be aware that hovering the hands is also a good way
to bring extra energy and also you allow them to still be able to
track whats happening to the energy in tehbody if, like me, they lose
track on actual contact.
