what I got was the "From my heart to your heart" spell/meditation.

With a strong heart (of energy) all things are doable, things become easier.

Single white candle is PERFECT, you were definitely in the right ball
park there.

Put your hands on your heart of energy (center of your chest) and make a
forward giving movement as you say the words:

 From my heart to your heart
I send you love, and light
 From my heart to your heart,
I turn darkness to bright,
 From my heart to your heart
I soothe your pain
 From my heart to your heart
You shall be strong again
 From my heart to your heart
Rise and shine
 From my heart to your heart,
bless your heart - and mine.

Keep your hands on your heart and just focus on the flow of energy and
love for a time.

When you're ready, blow out the candle.
