Nan, that's an interesting experience!
Today I worked with a client with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and it
appeared that she had squatered her energy all around (with former
husbands / partners / family). Well I did alot of ET with her which
went very well and then I asked her who's got still energy off her,
and I let her made the movement + say out loud: "I'll take all the
energy back which belongs to me" (In Through Out)and the
movement: "I'll give you everything back which belongs to you".
I'm very curious what it will bring her. She felt energized, so lets
see how it evolves.

The movement of taking whats yours and giving back what's not is a
movement we also do alot in family constellations. And that is really
about energy which is displaced, and put it back in the right place
(and let it stream)
