I am glad I was able to help Sandra with her problem. Because of my
shamanic background, I am familiar with the concepts with which we
were working on and was honored to gently help and facilitate the
process.

I very often work with EFT and ET and find it very useful, both
techniques mary well together.

I also believe that it does not matter what we call these
manifestations since they are energy fields anyway so as long as
whatever they eventually gets released, it does not matter. In the
shamanic tradition, we respectfully ask the "spirit intrusions" to
release themselves, or ask spirit helpers (like power animals) to
guide them on their way. In Sandra's case it was equally effective to
use dialogue work and EmoTrance. It is very important to be gentle and
loving all the while and patient. The release can be very fast but can
also take a fair amount of time. The whole session took two hours and
a lot of courage from the lovely woman herself!

I also suggested Heart Healing as a daily practise to help with the
"loss of magic" and also some energy dancing!
