Yeah. What IMMEDIATELY sprang to mind is Heart Healing. It centers you
on your heart of energy and puts whatever you've got to give THERE in
preference to anywhere else.

This stabilises - well EVERYTHING. It's just incredible how a few extra
percent of energy going through the energy heart transforms our feelings
and thoughts about - yeah well everything!

Just putting your hands on your heart, taking two or three deep breaths
and thinking/saying strongly, "What I have to give, I give to you!" is
superb safety anchor and instant energy calming technique. When I used
to do this a lot, I could fairly feel and hear the wheels grinding to a
halt, then starting to spin in the opposite direction and gravity wasn't
an issue anymore, everything seemed lighter, the lights got brighter and
there was this HUGE sense of relief.

It's interesting to observe that Thought Flow and Heart Healing are very
close together, developmental wise - the one goes hand in hand with the
other it seems, and they're examples of working with the HEROS system.

ET has a lot of depth and most folk haven't really started going into
the Level 2 (Living Energy) and 3 (Energy Magic) techniques, still
learning to feel and move energy and get comfortable with the notion
that every single thing we thought about ourselves and others for an
entire lifetime was most likely, completely wrong and needs re-writing now.

Your German prac manual doesn't have the Level 2 technique of Thought
Flow in it because of that - it's from the advanced practitioner
curriculum. Strictly speaking, the Heart Healing belongs to that as well
but it's just too helpful and handy so it was "inserted" into the
Practitioner Level after the fact.

Tehe. I saw a quote the other day, what was it?

"If a cluttered desk is a sign of a cluttered mind, then what is an
empty desk a sign of ...?" Attributed to Einstein.

On my desk at the moment is, amongst other things:

- "The Pharaoh's Eyes" symbol set on a red velvet cloth with the only
symbol turned face up is "The Dance".

- Three boxes with dichroics.

- A stack of envelopes containing single semi-precious and precious
stones for jewellry making from Russia, Afghanistan, Australia, Brazil,
and Lithuania.

- A first edition copy of "Gypsy Sorcery" by Leland.

- My Project Sanctuary notebook, current edition.

- My AromaEnergy Notebook, current edition.

- One bottle of Sage, one of Angelica, and one bottle of "StarFields
Extra Strong Magic Mix", secret recipe.

- One mirrored sculpture of a Lord Ashar.

- A mug of coffee in an auspicious "Internet Nerd" cup.

- An SAS army knife (for ritual purposes).

- 15 sheets of notes on "how to market the Genius Symbols".

- A yellow plastic ruler.

- An Eidorol mp3 recorder and a Canon SLR.

- A book on "How to draw fantasy dragons".

- One laptop with serious essential oil burns on keyboard, case and
touchpad.

- A small indoor crucible.

Well that's what I'm willing to own up to, there's more ...

Show me your desk and I show you who you are - LOL!!!

Let's clutter some more.

Let's INCREASE THE COMPLEXITY until there's a breakthrough shift and
clarity rains upon us supreme.

I like when that happens ... :-)

Keep up the good work!

NB Heart Healing MP3 available free from www.dragonrising.com/downloads/

I recommend to use it a few times to get used to the movements and
energy shifts so it's on automatic pilot and a learned behaviour when a
moment of crisis comes along.
