Hi Sandra,

Thank you very much for your words!!! You described exactly as i feel...
i just feel the energy like a gas!!! that is it!!

In the consideration that you made i just didnt understand one thing...
how do i know where the energy wants to go? Where there is barriers to
the energy flow?

I feel mostly of times a pain in my chest... then, when i put my
attention/intention there, it starts to soften and dissipate... just
dissipate... i dont feel the energy wanting to go anywhere... neither
feel barriers... i just feel the pain comming down ad slowly it goes away...
