This is Diane, In USA. Your comment is helpful and clear...
I'm curious about one part. When the energy is inside, you say "imagine it flow" (I get it), then "if it stops or dissipates... etc." I understand going back to the same place if it stops, (stuck?) to encourage continuing flow and release. But if it dissipates, as clients sometimes tell me it does ("It's just GONE, don't know where/how it exited")... you are suggesting to go back to where they last experienced it and imagine the exit, perhaps to anchor that pathway? I've been leaning towards just trusting that the energy is gone and the process is working... or will continue to work in my absence... But perhaps I'm missing an important piece, to KEEP the cycle going...?

I like your "Do as if... in American English, we might also use the words "just pretend"...

I'm going to Do more as if today! :)
