Subject: [ET2] EmoTrance From The Heart

>>One day when I focussed on theses emotions I got the distinct sense
that they were *not my* emotions.

Possibly a person in the house had an outburst of emotions that
somehow got stuck in my system, or a person passing in the street, or
even someone farther away but somehow connected to me. Or maybe some
very old stuff of my own. Hmm...<<

i think i do this too, lately seems with more awareness of what's *not my*or, i think *not all my* tension and emotion. but i can see i've always done it. probably why i'm such a hermit, have to be alone to know more what's my feeling, but then also need interaction with others...

>>Let us know how that works for you.<<

okie dokie. have been doing this for about half an hour, and it works great, -not so dramatic a rush as you described, but for sure! the first place i felt and worked on was my left chest shoulder area, not the usual lately place for this (mid upper back and shoulders, which began when i was being the * practitioner* once at sandra's july workshop) but it was where you had just described it. thanks a lot, you passed that person's block to me! but then it's probably a fair trade because i wonder if part of how you came up with this was to get some of my stuff out of your system, which is also how you knew the need to do it, -you're welcome , and i don't know if that makes sense, -you always have really seemed so tuned in to what i need, for whatever reason, can't thank you enough.

so enough about you. the left upper stuff flowed out quickly, so then i worked with the other lately area, which is going, still in progress but Much Less. marvelous!

we all do seem to be doing things together.
(the second GS i was drawn to this morning was the house thing, i call it 'home'.)

thank you Detlev!

thank you, Silvia!

thank you everyone!
