Immediate reaction was I don't have shields for healing FROM PEOPLE I
KNOW!....opening to the general healing energy of unknown
people...aaargl. Then realised that the next shield is "how do I know
their intentions are pure?". Had to firmly remind myself that ITS ONLY
ENERGY FOR GOODNESS SAKE, HOW MANY TIMES....

On another note, was in Paris for lunch yesterday (thought I'd mention
it in a casual manner as if I did this frequently) and went to see the
Lady and the Unicorn tapestry at the Middle Ages Museum. Its the most
astonishing series of tapestries and profoundly healing to look at
them. I did better than that and ET'd the lot. The energy was
absolutely gorgeous. Try it if you go there (Nan, this is for you).
