EmoTrance Training

I have a couple of questions here. I've been trying ET from the books
and I always get stuck. I have a hard time feeing the block (I was
raised to not acknowledge emotional or physical feelings and most of
the rest of life, too) and when I can find a block and soften it, I've
never gotten past the part about where does the energy want to go? I
don't have a clue, and if I just try to observe where it goes, i don't
feel anything so maybe it just sits there till I give up and refreezes.
I know energy things can work for me because I cured my fear of heights
with some simple EFT, and when I use the Soften and Flow CD I sometimes
don't go into a trance but I sometimes get hot as an oven so I must be
doing something with energy.

I am thinking that if I go to the live training in San Diego the people
there could get me through this, but if they couldn't I'd have spent
most of my money I have for nothing. Anyone have experience with people
getting ET to work in training who couldn't get it on their own?

One more thing, the training has the Level 1 but instead of level 2 it
has Trainer's Training. Would the Trainer's Training increase my
abilities in using ET or just teach now to run a workshop? And why no
Level II? I can't imagine trying to start a healing (ET, EFT, BSFF)
business without starting it from the thought-form up like Silvia has
in her book. Has anyone been able to get this right just from the book?
Has anyone but Silvia even tried this?
