Was it aromatherapy and did he dilute an essential oil? My knowledge

I had great fun with this at the ET08 when we were sat round with the
oils in the bar.
I had an instant hit!?! from one that I sniffed it went straight to
my head creating a headache instantly. With Silvia's and Margreet's
encouragement and support I worked it through. It didn't take long
and something (not sure what) definately cleared and left me feeling
so much freer and lighter, tingling with excitement, it was quite
powerful, a great experience and fun!
