One for Lisa ...

On Sunday night, the people who were staying for the trainers day had a go doing some small EmoTrance sessions with a view to recording them (although how successful THAT was remains to be seen ... it might have just been an excuse to do some more ET on each other!!!).

I did a session with Lisa being the practitioner, on music reversals.

It was a peculiar thing, two channels were cross firing, both running in the middle of my body but one was supposed to go out of my mouth, and the other up and through the head, over and down the spine. They were completely mixed up and crossed over (as the ghost busters would say, DON'T CROSS THE STREAMS!).

We sorted that out and I did a little singing which caused great energy flows to go all over me, it felt amazing.

Last night I started singing spontaneously in the kitchen - and the EXACT same energy rush happened all by itself, without me doing anything, without even thinking about it.

Great work Lisa! Thank you so much! I don't know what that will do yet but I have a feeling (a very tingly electric feeling!) that it will be a very good thing indeed and bring me much joy in the days to come :-)
