Shields can be inside too though treat them exactly the same.

Make a small pinprick, taste the energy as you let a little through
at a time and do plenty of healing on that erea as you do so.

Remember you can close the hole at any time and come back to it later
so don't worry about starting, thinking you have to do it all in one go.

And also remember to use all you have, your ghost hands and plenty of
innocent energy to help soothe sore ereas afterwards.

Be patient but persistent.
