Hey Nicola,

Thanks again. The pressure all over my body was definately a sheild. You know, I was about to give up on emotrance, but then I did the shield work and boy did the energy start to move. Actually, I've never felt better. All of my insecurities and negative thinking is starting dissolve gradually, day by day.

  Thanks,

Until very recently I would have said yes, pressure is indication of
a shield, however for a few months now I have been feeling pressure
in my chest on occasions which is definitely blocked energy.

So my advice is, first treat it as a blockage then if that's not
happening see if there is a shield.

And pain, discomfort, bad feelings, always means there is something
wrong and if it's not physical in nature it must be an energy snarl
up that needs sorting out which EmoTrance does very nicely.

:)

Nicola
