Very much so!

When you feel like you've been kicked in the gut, or your heart has
been broken, they're very strong feelings inside, very physical,
that's where there's an energy blockage which needs to be softened so
the energy can flow freely out.

There are many channels in the body where the energy flows though it
is NOT the meridians, it's a different system, though obviously there
will be overlaps here and there.

Some people feel very specific channels, very localised, whereas
others just feel a whoosh of energy in a certain direction. It's very
idiosyncratic, as are our own personal channels for all these energies.

Which is one of the things I love about EmoTrance. No charts, nothing
complicated to learn, just a few simple steps to remember, which
always begins from a bad feeling we want to get rid of.

Where's the pain, show me with your hands.

Soften and flow.

Remember, it's only an energy.

So, yes, energy is very much inside our physical bodies where
pressure build ups cause us discomfort though by its nature energy
wants to flow and our aim is to let that happen, with our intention,
and to find the natural exit point and thus find relief.

Soothing softening waves of blue and green,

Nicola
