Hi D,

This is quite common and is where your own stress fracture is
located, the place that gives under pressure and keeps on giving
every time you get stressed.

Mine used to be my solar plexus, I guess it still is, though with a
lot of healing over the years I now no longer react there at the
slightest hint of stress of any kind.

Everyone, every system, has a stress point that will give under
pressure and because it is the same point, no matter what is going
on, you will always feel it there.

So many people use their stress fracture point as an indication of
something that was not meant to be, which just is not so and can
restrict one's life considerably.

Secondary gain has nothing to do with it. Cause and effect gets
broken down when we attribute our pain to the wrong cause when in
fact ANY stress will do it. The event directly before the pain is
experienced is completely unrelated and was purely a stress trigger.

If you think of a piece of glass that has been scored, it doesn't
matter where that glass is hit, or with what, even touched lightly,
it will break at that point.

So you need lots of healing in that area, be gentle and patient with
yourself, and also reduce your general stress levels which will allow
your own stress point to strengthen and not give quite so readily at
the slightest upheaval.

Interesting point, thank you for raising it.

:)

Nicola
