Lucy,
It's great to hear you are getting on so well with EmoTrance though
it's easy to forget that ET is only 5 years old so essentially we are
all beginners at it!
For me the difference in my life has been huge and it's interesting
you should mention meditation. Before EmoTrance I would meditate
every evening for an hour and a half and then find myself back in the
real world with a bump and within minutes sometimes shouting at my
daughter, which used to horrify me!
Now my attitude is completely different and I can deal with all sorts
of people and events in a whole new way by letting all the energies run through me cleanly and respond appropriately.
A useful thing with EmoTrance is that you can do it without being
seen, nothing visual to give anyone a clue that you are doing
something 'weird', which is extremely useful.
You will also find that not reacting to people in the same old ways
you used to actually changes their behaviour towards you. So even if
you say nothing, to anyone, about what you are doing you notice a
massive difference in your life.
If you really want to find out how other people are using EmoTrance,
and the difference it has made to them, you want to attend next
year's EmoTrance conference where there will be a whole array of
seasoned ETers giving presentations about their particular favourite
uses and experiences with EmoTrance so people can go away with some
sparkling new ideas to use.
You'll have a fantastic time and meet loads of like-minded people and
learn some really life changing techniques.
Would be great to meet you, have a think about coming!
:)
