Lucy,

The beauty of EmoTrance is that we don't need to be thinking or
pulling apart our problems to deal with them, we are simply using our
bodies as feedback to know how we are doing.

For me, I think of a problem and all the aspects of that problem are
contained within it and are ETed away along one channel. I love the
fact that it can be dealt with in one fell swoop and if there are any
after pangs it means I haven't finished the job properly not that
I've left out any bits or haven't thought of all the aspects of the
situation.

If it still feels bad, keep EmoTrancing it. You'll know when you're
done as you will feel a whole lot lighter and you'll know when you're
at the energised end state as you will feel so very different about
the original problem when you look back on it!

Also, try not to get hung up on things being huge or heavy, energy is
just energy and can move in a flash.

Remember -

Where do you feel it in your body, show me with your hands.
Soften and flow.
It's only an energy!

Let your body be your guide.

:)

Nicola
