Hi Sandra,

I'm doing a training in the first weekend of September and I plan to
do Energy Dancing as well. But I would like to ask you something.
Did you play the tracks with Silvia's voice or did you just do the
ones without speaking?

I'm still thinking what would be best...

But great that it was such a big success in your training!!
