Energy dancing question.

I hope someone can answer my question.
 I have listened to the introductory track of Energy Dancing and was
very impressed. I have also read the great reviews of the rest of the
program.
My question is, does the program teach you the SKILL of Energy Dancing,
which can be used with any music, or with no music at all? Or must you
always listen to the Energy Dancing tracks to get the benefits?
