Alistair,

You really need to get the energy zipping through you as fast as you
can, that's when you get to experience the kick of the energised end
state and that's one of the incredible things about Energy Dancing,
it seems to get people there quite naturally and effortlessly, so
give that a go as well.

And I don't know about you but I don't have time to endlessly repeat
anything, let alone affirmations, so my advice is to stand in front
of the mirror while saying the affirmation, really clear the blocks
and bad feelings until you can say it, really cleanly, just once, and
then forget about it and get on with things and just start noticing
the differences around you.

They will happen and they will be extraordinary!
