its just so fantastic to be able to talk to someone who understands
how I am feeling.

my son came over yesterday and asked if I was on drugs!! i told him it
is far better than that and i don't know if it is just the extra
moving about I am doing or the energy shifts but i am sleeping so much
better too!

:-) (not quite sure how to do one of the smily things, looking at it
that doesn't even seem half as smily enough)
