Yes it really is that easy!
Once again Silvia has hit upon something that is so obvious yet so
simple in its application.
And it's really nice the way it goes beyond just listening to the
tracks, I find myself just moving so much more through the day and to
other music I have on my playlist as well.
Also my mother, who has just had a hip replacement, has found the
whole album really useful in her rehabilitation, her doctor reckons
she is moving so much better than he had expected in just a few weeks
after her operation, and she is 80!
It's interesting you should mention the energised end state, so many
people who use EmoTrance just stop before they get to experience that
which is such a shame.
My mother asked me what that tingling feeling was afterwards, I think
she was a bit worried that she was overdoing it but when I explained
about the energised end state tears came to her eyes and she said, oh
yes, I remember now, I haven't felt that way for years. And that made
me cry.
