Hello and welcome to the group!

You can use ET that way very nicely. Where do I feel
anxiety/procrastination/fear in my body, and so on.

Though I prefer to just deal with feelings as they arise, whatever
they may be, or whatever may have caused them.

This cuts through needing to identify/analyse everything which also
takes out things like guilt and constantly judging oneself on one's
performance.

So I would start there with the basic technique of just responding to
feelings you are having by softening them and letting them flow,
remembering that it's only an energy so will move quite happily with
your intention alone.

Using the technique for self help there are no levels, only further
patterns which we have developed using the basic technique which are
explained in Living Energy, vol 2.

The other levels are for practitioners, there is advanced and then
trainer.

The emotrance 1 group is for ET trainers only.

And you don't need to read any other books to use ET personally though
the other 2 volumes are fascinating and will really add to your
breadth of experience using ET.
